Monday Memo: IntegritySample

Do You Value Your Team?
“For the body is not one member, but many.” (1 Cor 12:14 NASB)
A successful business is the interaction of many tasks performed by many people. Valuing each member of a team regardless of his or her task or role ensures an inclusive culture and internal communication.
Like any chain, you are as strong as the weakest link. Often the hidden people doing the seemingly mundane are critical to a smooth, effective organization. Public and private acknowledgment of their significance is not only the right thing to do but also produces a wave of genuine productivity.
Do not underestimate the power of taking time to say hello. Encourage and take a genuine interest in the personal life of all your staff, especially those others ignore. You will be amazed at the results.
Quick Prayer: Help me to honor those You would have me reach out to, Jesus. Amen.
