Let There Be LightSample

Light is a common theme in many of the books of the Bible, including the Psalms. The psalmists many times use light as a creative analogy for how God leads and guides us and it is often used in conjunction with God's word.
Our psalm for today is from one of Israel's greatest psalmists and kings: David.
David is reminding himself in this psalm to remain confident in who God is. He will make a way for him; show him what to do. He is his light.
Maybe take some time to pray today, is there any part of your life where you need God's light? Something you need to make a decision about? Remember, he is your light and salvation. He will show you what to do. Continue to trust him.
