Navigating TransitionSample

Disorientation: What am I feeling?
Holy Spirit, please help me to pause, recognise and name what I am feeling.
It is important to name what is happening within us. To deny feelings of anxiety, fear, lostness or anger is to push them down and give them destructive power. The psalmists were not afraid to vocalise the reality of their emotions. Welcoming Prayer offers a structured way for us to both acknowledge our feelings and ‘welcome’ what they may reveal. That structure is reflected over the next few days.
