God's Will for Us Is to Obey His Word
- Focus on the word “do” in this passage and list what we are to do. How does the first two “do’s” connect to the third “do”?
- How do we see “his will” connected to obeying His word?
- How is His sovereignty displayed in this passage?
- What sort of person will experience the steadfast love of the Lord the most?
- What does it look like to “fear him”? How would you know if you fear God? Read Psalm 86:11-12
- What does it look like to bless the Lord?
Ask the Lord to help you grow in having reverent fear of Him and His righteousness so that you can experience His steadfast love in your life. Ask Him to help you to obey His Word, His commandments, so that you are doing His will. Take time for your soul to bless the Lord. Sing praises to Him. Worship Him with your whole heart.
