Day Six - The Holy Spirit is my friend!

Hello Mini FearBusters! How are you all doing? How is remembering your memory verse going? 

We have been busy learning all about how; 

• God loves us so much that He had a plan to save us and restore our friendship with Him.


• God sent Jesus to Earth to be with us!  


• How Jesus went to the cross and died to save us from our sin.


• How God raised Jesus from the grave.


• How we get to have a friendship with Jesus.


• How we can walk and talk with God and 


• How eventually,  we will go and live with Jesus in heaven forever!  

How amazing!

Jesus goes to Heaven and The Holy Spirit comes in the Beginners Bible - pages 466 - 479 or Luke 24:44-51 and Acts 2:1-4

When Jesus returned to see His friends he told them that the Holy Spirit would come to them and would give them power to tell people about Him.  Well do you know the most amazing thing is that the Holy Spirit gives us this same power!  Wow!!! 

Do you know Fearbusters, that this means you don’t need to be afraid of ANYTHING at all because the Holy Spirit helps you to be brave!

What things can you think of that the Holy Spirit can help you be brave with?

“Don’t be afraid. I know that you are looking for Jesus, the one who was killed on the cross. But he is not here. He has risen from death as he said he would. " (Matthew 28:5-6 ICB)

SAY - FEARBUSTER PRAYER: 

You are bigger than my fears. You wipe away my tears. I have a voice to pray, you teach me what to say. I am brave because of you! This sickness just won't do, we tell it now to QUIT. We've had enough of it!
