I AM The Light of the World

Day 5 - He alone is the truth.

Without the truth (His Word) and understanding who Jesus Christ is, we can go about life living in darkness. It is amazing when I turned my life to Jesus Christ, I started to see the light in dark places. I opened my eyes to specific situations and habits in my life. I knew a real change was taking place. But only because I invited Him in and turned away from the world. Now understanding this, there are now some things I won't do. There are some places I will not go. And more importantly, there are some things I will not think about others or myself anymore because I understand that He is the light of my world. Not that our lives become perfect, but our burdens become lighter with Jesus Christ in our lives. See you must understand, there is no substitute for the Great I Am!
