God | God Is a Person

Although God is not a human, He is a person. He has thoughts, emotions and a free will just like you. God’s greatest desire is to have a passionate, ongoing, vital relationship with you. His desire to relate to you is so strong that when sin entered the world and destroyed His relationship with man, He left heaven to take care of it Himself.

If you want a better understanding of who God is and who you were created to be, you have to first view Him as a person. Because He feels, you feel. Because He hurts, you hurt. Because He loves, you love. God created you as a person because He is a person, and He wants to commune with you. God wants to laugh with you, hurt with you, grieve with you and love with you. He is a person, and He wants to be your best friend.
