If Jesus wanted a bit more space while He was speaking to the crowds, He could have just stood on the water. Instead, Jesus enlists Simon Peter, an everyday bloke, to use His skills and work equipment to provide a floating pulpit. Jesus delights to work through ordinary people and their ordinary work to further the kingdom of God. Be open to Him working through you on your frontline.
Commit your tasks and your tools to the Lord. Ask that He will use them for the expansion of His kingdom.
