Replay Your Day
Replay your day in your head. Start from the time you woke up to this current moment. Think about what you did, thought, and said. Think about who you spent time with, where you went, how you felt, and how you responded to the things you felt.
As you reflect back on your day, ask yourself these questions:
Where did I miss it today?
Where did I get it right?
Where did I see God at work?
Pray, “God, find out everything about me; Cross-examine and test me, get a clear picture of what I’m about; See for yourself whether I’ve done anything wrong — then guide me on the road to eternal life.” (Psalm 139:23-24, MSG)
About this Plan

Our lives are busy. Many of us rush through the day and miss seeing God at work because our pace of life drowns Him out. There’s a practice that dates back to the 16th Century called the Prayer of Examen. The Prayer of Examen is a daily practice that helps us look back and reflect on our day, making us more aware of God’s presence in our everyday lives.
