Can you believe it's day seven of our 7-day experience? What an incredible week this has been, uncovering and sharing all that God has for you in your life! I'm so glad you've been along for the journey!

Today is all about what the Psalms call “selah.” It's a musical phrase in the Psalms where we are encouraged to stop, listen and reflect. The Amplified Bible translates it as "pause and think of that." How wonderful!

Now that you've spent time seeking God this week for your focus this year, it's time to pause, to reflect, to meditate on the things He's shown you.

Celebrate the promises He's given you and commit your ways to Him. Remember, the Bible says in Psalm 37:5, "Commit your plans to the Lord and they will succeed."

Use your sketchpad, notebook or journal taking time to doodle around and over what you’ve written with paint, markers or colored pencils. Celebrate with color! Enhance key words that stand out to you as anchors by prayerfully going back and circling the ones that resonate most with you.
