When they strayed, God faithfully delivered consequences for their failures. God's advice for leaders hasn't changed! As the leader of your family, recognize your need to learn from God's Word. When we sacrifice personal study and meditation, we tend to lose our godly focus quickly, both for ourselves and for our family as well. Are consequences far behind?
