Yirmeyah 31:3

Yirmeyah 31:3 - Again I will build thee up,
and thou shalt be rebuilt, O Betulat Yisroel;
thou shalt again adorn thyself with thy timbrels,
and shalt go forth in the dance of merrymakers.
