Glorious Things of You Are Spoken

1On #See Ps. 48:1the holy mount #Isa. 28:16stands the city he founded;

2the Lord #Ps. 78:67, 68loves the gates of Zion

more than all the dwelling places of Jacob.

3 # [ Isa. 60:1 ]; See Isa. 54:1-3 Glorious things of you are spoken,

O #Ps. 46:4city of God. Selah

4Among those who #Ps. 36:10; [John 10:14] know me I mention #See Job 9:13; See Isa. 19:22-25Rahab and Babylon;

behold, Philistia and Tyre, with #See Ps. 68:31Cush#87:4 Probably Nubia—

“This one was born there,” they say.

5And of Zion it shall be said,

“This one and that one were born in her”;

for the Most High himself will #Ps. 48:8establish her.

6The Lord records as he #See Ps. 69:28registers the peoples,

“This one was born there.” Selah

7 # Ps. 68:25 Singers and #2 Sam. 6:14dancers alike say,

“All my #Ps. 36:9; Isa. 12:3; Rev. 21:6springs are in you.”
