دوست عزیز،عادت ها می توانند سودمند باشند، آنها می توانند به زندگی ما ساختار بدهند و چارچوب هایی را برای سازماندهی زندگی ما فراهم کنند. با اطاعت از خداوند می تونی کاملا در تغییر عادات و ارتباط با خداوند موفق باشی، ازتو دعوت می کنم تا در این برنامه مطالعاتی سه روزه با ما همراه باشی.

Workaholism and constant busyness are often applauded in our world, and it can be a challenge to rest. In order to execute our roles and plans effectively, we must learn to rest or we will have nothing left to contribute to those we love and to the goals we’ve set. Let’s spend the next five days learning about rest and how we can incorporate what we've learned into our lives.

These are unprecedented times for those of us who are alive on planet earth at this moment. Historically, we can find hope if we turn to the One who made it all and is Lord of all. What does the Bible say about why these things happen, what is God’s response to it, and what is my hope in life and death?
