PSALM NINETY-EIGHT
A Psalm.
1O sing to the Lord a new song, for He has done marvelous things; His right hand and His holy arm have worked salvation for Him. #Ex. 15:6, 11; Isa. 42:10, 63:5; Psa. 77:14, 96:1
2The Lord has made known His salvation; He has revealed His righteousness in the sight of the nations. #Isa. 52:10, 62:2; Luke 2:30
3He has remembered His steadfast love and His faithfulness toward the house of Israel; all the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God. #Isa. 49:6; Luke 1:54
4Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth; break forth, and rejoice, and sing praise. #Psa. 95:1
5Sing to the Lord with the lyre, with the lyre, and the voice of a psalm.
6With silver trumpets and sound of a ram’s horn make a joyful noise before the King, the Lord. #Num. 10:10
7Let the sea roar, and the fullness of it, the world, and those who dwell in it.
8Let the floods clap their hands; let the mountains sing for joy together #Isa. 55:12
9Before the Lord, for He comes to judge the earth; with righteousness He shall judge the world and the people with equity. #Psa. 96:10
