PSALM NINETY-SIX
1O sing to the Lord a new song; sing to the Lord, all the earth. #; 1 Chr. 16:23-33
2Sing to the Lord, bless His name; proclaim His salvation from day to day.
3Declare His glory among the nations, His wonders among all people,
4For the Lord is great, and greatly to be praised; He is to be feared above all gods, #Psa. 18:3, 95:3, 145:3
5For all the gods of the nations are idols; but the Lord made the heavens. #Isa. 42:5; Jer. 10:11; Psa. 115:15
6Honor and majesty are before Him; strength and beauty are in His sanctuary. #Psa. 29:2
7Ascribe to the Lord, O you kindreds of the people; give to the Lord glory and strength. #Psa. 29:1-2
8Ascribe to the Lord the glory due to His name; bring an offering and come into His courts.
9O worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness; tremble before Him, all the earth. #Psa. 29:2
10Say among the nations, “The Lord reigns, and the world shall be established; it shall not be moved; He shall judge the people with righteousness.” #Psa. 67:4, 97:1
11Let the heavens rejoice, and let the earth be glad; let the sea roar, and the fullness of it. #Psa. 69:34, 98:7
12Let the field be joyful, and all that is in it; then shall all the trees of the forest sing for joy
13Before the Lord; for He comes, for He comes to judge the earth; He shall judge the world with righteousness and the people with His truth. #Rev. 19:11
