PSALM ONE HUNDRED-TWENTY-FIVE
A Song of degrees.
1Those who trust in the Lord shall be like Mount Zion which cannot be removed, but remains forever.
2As the mountains are all around Jerusalem, so the Lord is all around His people from this time forward and forever.
3The rod of the wicked shall not rest upon the lot of the righteous, lest the righteous put forth their hands to iniquity. #Isa. 14:5; Prov. 22:8
4Do good, O Lord, to those who are good, and to those who are upright in their hearts.
5And as for those who turn aside unto their crooked ways, the Lord shall lead them away with the workers of iniquity; but peace shall be upon Israel. #Psa. 128:6; Prov. 2:15
