And when He stopped speaking, He said to Simon, “Put out into the deep water, and lower your nets for a catch.”

But Simon replied and said, “Master, although we toiled throughout the whole night and caught nothing. But at Your word I will lower the nets.” And after they did this, they enclosed a very large number of fish, and their nets began to tear.

But He Himself would retreat quietly to the deserted places and pray.

I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance.”

But when Simon Peter saw it, he fell down at Jesus’ knees, saying, “Go away from me, Lord, because I am a sinful man!”

And in reply, Jesus said to them, “Those who have sound health have no need of a physician, but those who are sick.

And when they brought their boats to the land, they left everything and followed Him.

Now it occurred that, when He was in one of the cities, there was a man full of leprosy. And having seen Jesus, he fell on his face and implored Him, saying, “Lord, if You are willing, You can make me clean.” And having stretched out His hand, He touched him, saying, “I am willing; be made clean.” And immediately, the leprosy departed from him.

But the report concerning Him was spreading even more, and large crowds would come together to hear Him and to be healed of their sicknesses.
