Let your way of life be free from the love of money, being content with what you have,* for He Himself has said, “I will never leave you, nor will I ever forsake you.”*

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, and today and forever.*

So we say with confidence, “The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What will man do to me?”*

And do not neglect* doing good and sharing, for with such sacrifices God is pleased.

Through Him, therefore, let us offer up a sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of lips that acknowledge* His name.

Let marriage be honourable among all, and let the marriage bed be undefiled,* for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers.

Do not forget* hospitality, for through this, some have hosted angels unawares.

Now may the God of peace, the One who brought up from the dead the great Shepherd of the sheep, our Lord Jesus, through the blood of the eternal covenant, equip you with* every good thing to do His will, working in us* that which is acceptable in His presence, through Jesus Christ, to whom be the glory forever and ever.* Amen.
