"Strive and exert yourselves to the utmost to enter through the narrow door, because many, I tell you, will try to enter but will not be able.

A woman was there who had been afflicted by a spirit of disability for eighteen years. She was bent over and completely unable to straighten herself up. When Jesus saw her, He called her over and said to her, "Woman, you are set free from your disability."

He laid His hands on her, and immediately she straightened up and began glorifying and praising God.

And take note: Some who are last will be first, and some who are first will be last."

Once the master of the house has gotten up and shut the door, you will stand outside knocking on the door, saying, 'Lord, open the door for us.' But He will answer you, 'I do not know where you come from.'

No, I tell you. But unless you repent, you will all perish in the same way."

But He will reply, 'I tell you, I do not know where you come from. Depart from Me, all you workers of unrighteousness and evildoing!'

Therefore Jesus said, "What is the kingdom of God like? To what can I compare it? It is like a mustard seed that a man took and planted in his garden. It grew and became a large tree, and the birds of the sky nested in its branches."
