Maar waar is daardie mense nou, die mense wat kwaad was en wat vir julle verdruk het? Hulle verdruk julle nie meer nie. Wanneer iemand 'n gevangene is, dan is hy haastig om vry te word. Hy wil nie sterf en afgaan na die doderyk nie, hy wil nie altyd honger wees nie. Ek is julle God die Here wat die water in die see roer sodat die branders wild word. My Naam is die Here wat oor alles regeer. Ek het my woorde in jou mond gesit en Ek het jou toegemaak in die skaduwee van my hand. Ek het die hemeldak gemaak en Ek het die aarde op sy plek gesit. Ek het vir die mense van Sion gesê: Julle is my volk.”
