My father, on one occasion began to worry about his future, for he lost all hopes of living. He was very weak in his body and spirit. At that moment, the Holy Spirit filled him with His mighty anointing and took him to heaven in the spirit. My dad saw a glorious scene unraveled before him. He saw Jesus seated as the mighty God on the throne. He saw the sun, the moon and stars, and while they were revolving before the throne of God they were bowing down before Him. He was making them rotate in their path just by His word. Jesus put forth the following question to my father: “Son, I am controlling the whole universe – the sun, the moon and the earth – they move in the direction that is allotted to them. I control everyone’s path. I am the One who controls the entire universe with so much ease; can I not manage your life? Why do you worry about your life?” This incident struck my father very hard and after that he never worried about anything. 

Yes, my friend, God is still seated as the everlasting King on the throne. When He holds the Universe and entire world in His hands, how much more will He hold you in His hands. Do not be anxious about what will happen to your future. He is holding you! 

Prayer

“Loving Lord, my hopes are in You. You are God Almighty, all powerful holding stars and the sun in Your hand. I believe You care about me more than them. Let Your Holy Spirit take complete control over me. This I pray in Jesus’ name, Amen.”
