Manage Your Anger
What do you do when you're angry? Naninigaw? Nananakit? Nagwawala? Yes, anger can make us do things that we would later regret.
Being angry is normal, for there certainly are times when we do need to be angry. But we must learn to manage our anger, and here are some steps that may help us change our mindset about anger.
Questions for Reflection
- What were the times that I regretted my actions because I was so angry?
- What were the consequences of these actions?
- How can I manage my anger?
- How can people close to me help me?
