DECLARATION
My Father gives His beloved Sleep,
Therefore I have a good rest when I sleep.
I am not disturbed or anxious.
I come against nightmares.
I do not struggle to sleep.
I sleep soundly.
I do not feel unsafe in my sleep.
I can sleep peacefully knowing my God watches over me.
He keeps me in His perfect peace.
And He will sustain me.
