Purpose, Vision & Kingdom AssignmentSample

LEADERSHIP IS A PRIVILEGED STEWARDSHIP
Leadership is not merely a position; it is a stewardship. God gives influence so that His purposes can be advanced through people who are yielded to Him. Wherever you lead—at home, in ministry, in business, in a team, in a classroom, or in a community—you are being entrusted with lives, opportunities, and outcomes. Leadership must flow from connection to God, not ego. A leader planted by God becomes a source of shade, nourishment, clarity, and fruit for others. True leadership is not self-seeking; it develops people, builds others, and creates solutions. The question is not just whether you lead, but how you lead and from what source you lead.
Reflection
Am I treating my leadership and influence as a sacred stewardship from God?
Prayer
Father, help me to lead in a way that honors You. Deliver me from pride, selfish ambition, and careless influence. Root me deeply in Your presence so that my leadership produces fruit, life, and strength for others. Make me a faithful steward of every opportunity and every person You entrust to me. Amen.

About this Plan

This 14-day devotional explores discovering and living out your God-given purpose through intimacy with Him. It emphasizes that purpose is intentional, revealed in relationship, shaped by identity, and unfolded through obedience. It calls for clarity through vision, service to others, and trust in God’s process. It highlights the importance of planning, community, and stewardship in leadership. Ultimately, it invites you to live deliberately, rebuild what is broken, and arise as a Kingdom representative, reflecting God’s light, wisdom, and purpose in every sphere of life.
