Pray About EverythingSample

Day 1: Don’t Worry About Anything — Surrender in Prayer
Focus: Surrender your worries to the Almighty
“Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?” – Matthew 6:27 (NIV).
God is not just willing—He is able. He is El Shaddai, God Almighty. There is nothing too hard for Him (Jeremiah 32:27).
When Paul tells us, “Don’t worry about anything,” it isn’t a suggestion—it’s a divine invitation. Not to ignore your problems, but to hand them to the One who can handle them.
Worry says, “It’s up to me.”
Faith says, “It’s in God’s hands."
Instead of carrying anxiety, Scripture teaches us to pray about everything. EVERYTHING. From the bills to the diagnosis, the job search to the child that’s gone astray—nothing is too small or too big for your Father.
Practical Application:
Write a list of everything that’s been worrying you—big or small.
Pray over each item, releasing it to God:
“Father, I surrender this to You. I trust that You are able, willing, and faithful.”
“Lord, is there anything You want me to do about this today?”
Then remain silent and wait for Him to answer.
If He says nothing, don’t pick it back up. Let Him show you what only He can do.
