Back to the Basics 365Sample

Jesus was either a liar, lunatic, or Lord. Jesus made claims no ordinary person could make. Either He lied, He was insane, or He told the truth. There’s no neutral ground. His words, His miracles, and His resurrection leave one conclusion—He is exactly Who He said He was: Lord. In Lee Strobel's book, The Case for Christ, Collins (in Chapter 9, “The Psychological Evidence”) claims, “I’ve taught psychotic patients, and I can tell you that Jesus was not crazy. His words were not the ravings of a lunatic; they were the words of a man in touch with reality.”
Jesus’ claims of Godship, paired with His life of perfection, service, clarity of mind, fulfilled prophecies, and more, prove that He is exactly Who He claims to be. He is our only hope and our loving Savior!
