The Holy Spirit is proof that you are saved.
The living Spirit of God in us is evidence of salvation. Our salvation means we don’t have to live in the flesh, but we can walk in the Spirit. This allows us to experience new life in Christ rather than living in the corruption or death caused by sin. Because of the Holy Spirit, I am alive in Christ rather than dead in my sin.
I can enjoy victory over my flesh through the power of the Holy Spirit in me.
