If the Bible is true, then any future prophecies must be fulfilled accurately.
In today’s reading, we will see that in the book of Daniel, God correctly forecasted the upcoming five hundred years of Middle Eastern kingdoms. Historical records outside of the Bible back up the prophecies found in Daniel. Hundreds of other prophecies in the Bible have been accurately and completely fulfilled. Jesus Christ alone fulfilled over three hundred Old Testament prophecies about the coming Messiah! Over and over again, Scripture accurately prophecies the future. No mistakes.
Because the Bible is prophetically accurate, we can trust that the words written in it are indeed from God, because only God knows the future!
