Back to the Basics 365Sample

Not only does God invite us to pray, but He tells us to pray! In today’s Scripture reading, we will see that God expects us to pray. In Luke 11:2, notice how Jesus told His disciples, “When ye pray,” not “If ye pray.” God has given us a command to pray.
We should not treat prayer as an option. Instead, we should take God’s Word seriously regarding His command to pray. Take time to pray sincerely to God today.
