Deep Roots, Steady FaithSample

Jeremiah paints a picture of two kinds of trees—one planted in the desert and one planted by the river. The difference isn’t the weather; it’s where the roots are.
We can’t control when the heat comes or when the rain stops. But we can choose where we’re planted. When your life is rooted in Jesus, you can stay steady and fruitful even in hard seasons. The same way a tree draws life from a river beneath the surface, your strength comes from a source you can’t always see but can always depend on.
You’ve seen it before—people who walk through pain with grace, peace, and hope that shouldn’t be possible. Their lives keep bearing fruit because their roots go deep. That same strength and resilience is available to you, too. All you need to do is stay close to the source.
Pray: God, plant me near your living water. When life feels dry, keep me steady. Help me trust that you’re still growing something good in me.

About this Plan

We live in a world that constantly pulls us in different directions. If our identity and strength depend on our circumstances, they’ll always shift. But when our roots go deep into Christ, we find confidence, peace, and purpose that last.
