Confronting the Inner CriticSample

Day 1 — Notice the Voice
Focus: Become aware of the inner critic instead of ignoring or believing it.
Truth: You can’t confront what you can’t see.
Reflection: Spend a day simply noticing when that voice shows up — in conversations, scrolling social media, or when you look in the mirror. Jot down the moments without judging them.
Scripture: “Be still, and know that I am God.” — Psalm 46:10
Affirmation: I am safe enough to notice what’s happening inside me.
