Faithful Now, Legacy Beyond

DAY 11 OF 12

Jesus Is the Hero

In a world full of distractions, achievements, and celebrations, it’s easy to forget the true focus of the church —it is Jesus. He is the reason we gather, the reason we believe for revival, and the reason we surrender our lives.

A Mobilized Movement

The goal of the church is not simply to gather on Sundays for inspiration, but to be a mobilized movement of disciples. Church is not a checkbox—it is a sending ground. Jesus is the reason why believers must move into society as salt and light, making a tangible difference.

This perspective changes everything. The mission is not to arrive safely in heaven but to impact the world along the way. The church exists to see lives transformed, to plant schools, to build communities, and to partner in work that carries an eternal, redemptive edge.

A Heart That None Should Perish

The message carries a burning conviction: not one should perish. Not one in the region, the nation, or the world. This conviction echoes the heart of God—that every person would come to repentance.

What if you prayed a prayer that said: “Lord, would my city be the hardest city to go to hell in?” It is a radical declaration, but one rooted in the truth that Jesus is the only reason we can hope for such transformation.

The Seed Must Fall

From this foundation, the message turns to the image of the seed. John 12:24 says:

“Unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed. But if it dies, it produces many seeds.”

Here Jesus introduces a paradox of the kingdom: surrender precedes multiplication.

In the world’s logic, surrender looks like loss. If you surrender finances, you have less. But in the kingdom, surrender is the very thing that creates abundance. This truth is not just about money; it is about every part of our lives.

Jesus the Model

John 12 shows Jesus speaking just days before His crucifixion. He knew the agony ahead, yet He also knew the harvest that would come. His life was the seed that fell to the ground. It was buried, it died, and it produced a mighty harvest—millions of lives transformed across history.

This is why we gather, why we celebrate, and why we respond. The church exists because Jesus sowed His life. He was the seed that fell.

Surrender as the Way Forward

For the disciple, there is no way to follow Jesus except through surrender. Holding onto life tightly may feel safe, but it results in little fruit. Letting go—allowing the seed to fall—unleashes a plentiful harvest.

The seed in your hand remains alone. The seed sown into the soil multiplies. This is the pattern of the kingdom.

Jesus is the hero. He is the reason we exist as a church, the reason we keep moving forward, and the reason we continue to believe for revival. His life models the pattern for every disciple: the seed must fall. Through surrender comes multiplication, through sacrifice comes harvest, and through Jesus comes life for the world.

About this Plan

Faithful Now, Legacy Beyond

This is a call to daring faith - the kind that refuses to settle for comfort and chooses surrender instead. It declares that the seed must fall, because only in laying everything before God does true multiplication begin. We invite you to pray bigger prayers, dream wilder dreams, and live with wide-open hands, stepping into a faith that cannot be contained and a legacy that will outlive them.
