A Radical Call to Holiness to Welcome His Glory - Jean-Luc Trachsel

DAY 8 OF 10

The Power of the Holy Spirit for Lasting Revival

The revival is not the product of our human efforts, but of the power of the Holy Spirit. Before beginning His ministry, Jesus told His disciples to wait for the Promise of the Father. Only after being clothed with power could they be effective witnesses.

At Pentecost, the Holy Spirit descended, and in one day, three thousand people were saved. Peter, who had denied Jesus, stood up with confidence and preached with fire. The history of the Church is clear: when the Spirit falls, lives are changed, the sick are healed, and hearts are turned.

In modern revivals, this dimension is still present. On Azusa Street, believers testified that the power of the Spirit was palpable like a cloud. Miracles, conversions, and missionary sendings resulted. Even today, this power is available.

In my time of consecration, I realize how vital it is to be continually filled with the Holy Spirit. Without Him, our efforts are in vain. With Him, the heavens open, chains fall away, and the Kingdom advances with power.

John G. Lake said, “The man filled with the Spirit of God is invincible.” That is why lasting revival depends on a people filled and led by the Spirit.

Declaration of Faith:
I choose to depend on the Holy Spirit every day. I believe that He fills me with power to be a witness. I proclaim that I will walk in the anointing to bring revival to my generation.

Prayer:
Holy Spirit, come fill my life with Your fire. Anoint me to be a faithful witness. Make my life available for Your work. Guide my steps and make me a channel of power for this generation.

Additional Scriptures:
Acts 2:1-4; Zechariah 4:6; Ephesians 5:18; Romans 8:14

About this Plan

A Radical Call to Holiness to Welcome His Glory - Jean-Luc Trachsel

We are living in a time of revival where the Holy Spirit is calling the Church to radical and total consecration. God is seeking a purified people, ready to renounce all compromise in order to receive His glory. Repentance, fasting, prayer, and complete surrender are essential. This 10-day reading plan invites every believer to transform their heart, align themselves fully with God, and become an instrument of Revival. Only radical consecration enables us to carry the fire of His Presence and live fully in God's work.
