God of Second ChancesSample

Try again with God
Reflection:
Peter denied Jesus three times, but Jesus didn’t reject him. On the contrary, He sought him out, restored him, and called him once again. This shows us that God always gives us new opportunities, even after our greatest failures. Trying again is not a sign of weakness but of faith that God is not finished with you. Perhaps you have felt unworthy of trying again because of your mistakes, but God's call is still valid. Get up, leave shame behind, and listen to Jesus' voice saying, "Follow me," and try again that which He asked of you. With Him, what seemed finished can be the beginning of a new chapter.
Question:
In which area of your life is God asking you to try again with His help?
Prayer:
Beloved Father, I thank You that in You there is always a new opportunity to start again. Today I surrender to You my fear of failure and my discouragement, asking that You would renew my faith to try again with Your help. Give me the courage to get up once again and to walk confident that You are with me every step of the way. Help me not to remain trapped in the past but to look forward with hope, trusting that Your plans for my life are good and perfect. Amen.
