Thirty Days of Victory

DAY 8 OF 30

In this Psalm, David realizes that victory comes from God. This does not mean it is straightforward or easy. David spent a lot of his life before he was king running from his enemies, and even after he became king, he still fought several battles. However, he trusted in God as his shield and his refuge. When everything was going wrong on the outside, God was his peace on the inside. He implores us to trust in God and be honest with him. God can take it, and he wants to help us and protect us.

Victory is not always glorious. It is often messy and comes with many struggles. God is there to help us in our struggles, and he will bring us through it all. In the end, he receives the glory for the victory because he carried us through the troubles and trials it took to get us to the end.

About this Plan

Thirty Days of Victory

The Bible has a lot to say about victory in and through God. From the time he delivered the Israelites out of Egypt until the last battle against Satan and evil, God promises and delivers victory. Join us for the next 30 days as we look at powerful Scriptures that describe God's victorious promises and our part to play in these victories.
