What the Bible Says About Christmas - 31 Days of Meditations

DAY 31 OF 31

Year-End Benedictions – 3

May the LORD answer you when you are in distress; may the name of the God of Jacob protect you.

May he send you help from the sanctuary and grant you support from Zion. ... May he remember all your sacrifices and accept your burnt offerings. Selah. ... May he give you the desire of your heart and make all your plans succeed.

We will shout for joy when you are victorious and will lift up our banners in the name of our God. May the LORD grant all your requests. ... Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, and into an inheritance that can never perish, spoil or fade—kept in heaven for you, who through faith are shielded by God’s power until the coming of the salvation that is ready to be revealed in the last time.

Oh, the depth of the riches of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable his judgments, and his paths beyond tracing out! ... “Who has known the mind of the Lord? Or who has been his counselor?” ... “Who has ever given to God, that God should repay him?” ... For from him and through him and to him are all things. To him be the glory forever! Amen.

May God be gracious to us and bless us and make his face shine upon us, Selah, that your ways may be known on earth, your salvation among all nations.
