Devotional:
Every driver knows: turns and sudden stops are moments of truth. That’s when it shows if everything is strapped down properly. A sharp curve or a quick stop reveals whether the load holds—or shifts. That’s when you find out if you secured it right.
Spiritually, there are turns too: setbacks, criticism, disappointments, temptations. Do you get angry? Discouraged? Or do you stay firmly grounded in God’s love and truth? The test moments may hurt, but they’re valuable. They reveal where you still need to grow.
Reflection:
What was my last “curve” in life? And did my faith hold steady, or did something shift?

One unexpected turn, a sudden stop, or a rough stretch of road can put everything to the test—not only for the driver, but for everyone around him. In our spiritual lives, it’s the same. We carry a priceless load with us: God’s love, His truth, His calling over our lives. But how quickly can that be lost if we don’t secure it well?
