30 Days of Scriptures for Mental Health StrugglesSample

Day 12: God Will Work It Out
This verse, Romans 8:28 NIV, is one of my all-time favorites that reinvigorated my hope throughout my mental health journey. It says, “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.” I love this scripture because it reminds me that God will use my struggles with my mental health for my good. What are bad, awful, and terrible experiences? God will work it all out.
It goes the same for you, so have hope and faith. God can use you and your mental health struggles as long as you love Him. I believe you do love Him and are called according to His purpose. Therefore, trust and believe this Bible verse. Cling to it because it has the power to reinvigorate your hope to carry you through your mental health journey.
Prayer point:
Heavenly Father, Almighty God, thank you for being amazing and all-powerful. Thank you for working even the bad things I’ve experienced out for me, good as your Word says. Help me love you, trust you, and believe in you. Bless me to prosper and walk out the purpose you’ve given me despite the mental health challenges I struggle with. Thank you for everything. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
