Simple Notes on Everyday FaithSample

Learning to Trust
Trust sounds simple until life gives you reasons to doubt.
We say, “I trust God,” but then scramble to fix things ourselves when circumstances feel out of control.
And the more we try to hold on tight, the more frustrated and exhausted we become.
I remember waiting for an opportunity I thought would come quickly—it didn’t.
Weeks turned into months, and every closed door made me wonder if God had forgotten. That ever happened to you?
Looking back, though, I can see He was building patience and preparing me for something better than what I wanted.
Just like Abraham, who had to trust God’s promise of a son long before he saw it fulfilled.
Trust means releasing your timeline and leaning on His faithfulness instead of your own understanding.
So today, loosen your grip. Pray, “God, I don’t see it yet, but I trust You with the outcome.”
Trust isn’t passive—it’s the most active faith you can live.
