EquipHer Vol. 29: "How to Measure Our Productivity? "Sample

Day 5 – God’s Multiplication
When we give our best to God, even what seems small in our hands, it becomes more than abundant in His.
We are not called to do everything on our own, rather, offer our best to God and allow Him to do the rest.
Our responsibility is to faithfully invest our time, energy, and resources into what He has entrusted to us and called us to build, with excellence, integrity, and dedication. The outcome, however, is not confined by our limited ability. God asks us to give Him our very best—to do our part diligently—and then trust Him to take it beyond what we could ever produce on our own.
We see this principle defined in the story of the feeding of the five thousand—the miracle of the loaves and fishes (Matthew 14:13–21). A crowd of five thousand men, not including women and children, had gathered to hear Jesus speak. The disciples were anxious: there was nowhere near enough food to feed everyone, and the only meal available belonged to a boy willing to offer five loaves and two fish—everything he had. Humanly speaking, the boy's food was laughably insufficient of meeting such an overwhelming need. However, when that small offering was placed into the hands of Jesus, it became more than enough: everyone ate, and twelve baskets of leftovers remained.
The miracle did not begin until that boy surrendered what he had to Jesus. By placing his little into the hands of Jesus, he witnessed a multiplication that blessed thousands.
The same is true for our work: what feels ordinary, small, or barely sufficient, when surrendered to God, can become a vessel through which He transforms circumstances, blesses people far beyond our reach, and builds an eternal legacy.
The principles we have explored—trust in the process, excellence of building, eternal vision, and the rhythm of rest—function as building blocks to give our best and experience true multiplication in our lives.
Prayer: Lord, today I choose to place what I have into Your hands, even if it feels small by human standards. I offer You my time, my energy, my resources, and my abilities, knowing that in Your hands, everything can become more than abundant. Teach me to work with excellence, to rely on Your power, and to release my need to control the outcome. I want to give my best and trust You for the rest, knowing that only then will I bear fruit that endures and reflects Your glory. Amen.
