Forged by FireSample

Pause for a moment. Breathe. Reflect. We’ve walked through honesty, shame, loneliness, frustration, surrender, and strength this past week. And now, we are stronger than before.
Just like Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, we all face our own “fires” in life. We all face challenges we can’t avoid or escape. But just like theirs, we are not facing them alone. Every trial is a chance for God to show up, protect us, and shape us into who He’s calling us to be. We are being forged by fire. God is building something within us and with us. Can’t you feel it?
There is something freeing about knowing that we are vessels for the goodness of God. Even when the heat feels overwhelming, it’s a sign that transformation is happening. It’s a sign that God is molding us into the instrument He needs.
So yes, you’ve been through a lot. You may still have bruises. You may still feel tired. But take heart, you are not the same. You are becoming more like Jesus. You’re stronger than before. God carried you through. He gave you what you needed, and He equipped you with an endless supply of strength to call on whenever you need it.
God, I may not know the plans You have for my life, but I trust that You will give me the strength to overcome all the barriers I face. Thank You for being my unshakable strength. Amen.
