Uncharted: Ruach, Spirit of GodSample

"So Noah did everything as the Lord commanded him." — Genesis 7:5 (NLT)
Noah’s obedience wasn’t flashy; it was faithful. He followed God’s instructions even when it seemed ridiculous, even when others probably mocked him. He trusted God enough to obey in the face of uncertainty. Sometimes, obedience looks like building quietly in the background while no one understands what you're doing. But God sees it, and He honors it. Like Noah, we’re called to follow even when the skies are still clear.
What is one area in your life where God is prompting you to trust and obey, even if it doesn’t make sense yet? Take a small step of obedience today—make the call, start the plan, or speak the truth.
Prayer:
God, give me the courage to obey You, even when I don’t see the full picture. Help me to trust Your voice over the noise around me. Teach me to walk faithfully, step by step, just like Noah did. Amen.

For the next ten weeks, join us through the book of Genesis to look at the origins of humanity and reflect on the power of God in redeeming, caring for, and giving vision to his people! As we rediscover our foundations through Genesis it will prepare us to head into unchartered territory with God!
