Restore: A 10-Day Devotional JourneySample

Abide
We live in a distracted world. Notifications, schedules, demands, and noise compete for our attention every second. And yet, Jesus’ invitation is clear: “Abide in me.”
To abide is to remain; to stay connected, rooted, and present. It’s not a sprint, but a rhythm. It’s not about striving; it’s about staying.
When we abide, we bear fruit. Not because we’re working harder, but because we’re drawing from the Source. Love, joy, peace, patience - these don’t come from willpower, but from remaining in Him.
Sometimes we think God is distant, when in reality, we’ve just stopped abiding. The solution isn’t more effort. It’s more presence.
Slow down. Read Scripture, sit in silence, speak honestly in prayer. Stay connected. In the abiding, you’ll find everything you’ve been searching for.
Reflection: How can you remain close to Jesus today, not just in your schedule, but in your soul?
Prayer: Jesus, teach me how to abide in You. Not just visit You, but live in You, moment by moment, breath by breath. Help me to stay connected to the Source, to draw my life from Your presence, and to bear fruit that brings You glory. Amen.
