Scripture is God-breathed and true. When we memorise it, we carry the Word of God with us wherever we go. Over the course of our prayer and fasting season, we are memorising Habakkuk 3:2 (NIV):
Lord, I have heard of Your fame;
I stand in awe of Your deeds, Lord.
Repeat them in our day,
in our time make them known;
in wrath remember mercy.
Remember, it may help to read it aloud several times, breaking it down into smaller chunks. Write it down and carry it with you, repeating it throughout the day. Incorporate the verse into your prayers, letting it resonate in your spirit
