Forgiveness, Mentors, Tornadoes & More - Faith + FilmSample

Is There a Limit to Forgiveness?
In ML Stedman’s book and the film, The Light Between Oceans, he writes, "
You only have to forgive once. To resent, you have to do it all day, every day."
Stedman’s book would make anyone consider where the limit is for forgiveness.
Interestingly, forgiveness is a topic that Jesus talks about extensively with his disciples.
In one conversation, Peter even asked, “Lord, how many times shall I forgive someone who sins against me? Up to seven times?”
Jesus said, “I do not say to you, up to seven times, but up to seventy times seven.”
Jesus answers his friend by saying that there is no limit.
See, God’s forgiveness is limitless, which means with his strength, there is no limit to our ability to forgive also.
