She Rises Anyway: For the Woman Rebuilding After the BreakSample

You’re Allowed to Fall Apart
You’ve been applauded for your strength, admired for your poise, and depended on by everyone. But what about when you need to fall apart? Too often, we internalize the idea that being “the strong one” means we’re not allowed to collapse. But God isn’t just looking for your strength, He welcomes your softness. He wants the pieces. The weariness. The parts you hide because you think they make you look weak.
Jesus didn’t say “keep pushing," He said, come to Me.
This is your invitation to rest, not just physically but emotionally and spiritually. You don’t have to earn rest. You already qualify. You're not less godly because you're tired. You're human. And God is ready to carry what’s been crushing you.
Reflection Question:
What are you pretending to hold together that you actually need to release?
Prayer:
God, I’m tired. Teach me how to fall apart in Your presence and trust that You will hold me together again.
