Consider the LiliesSample

No Other Name
The one thing that the people in Jesus’ day needed was salvation, yet they crucified the only person who could offer it. They didn’t believe that Jesus was the Messiah. He stood before them as the fulfillment of God’s promises, and they didn’t recognize him. They had been waiting for him for hundreds of years, yet they were blinded by their pride, selfishness, and unmet expectations. They were unable to accept that he was the answer to their deepest needs. They misunderstood the values of God’s kingdom, and they condemned the one who came to save them.
In many ways, we find ourselves in a similar situation today. We live in a society where people typically don’t believe that Jesus is the only way to salvation. There is a widespread belief that many paths lead to God. It’s popular to accept a wide variety of truths in the name of inclusivity and kindness. The idea that there is only one narrow road is met with frustration and accusations of small-mindedness.
As believers, we must hold firmly to the truth even in the face of rejection. Scripture clearly teaches that salvation is only found through Jesus. We water down the gospel when we give in to societal pressure that there are many ways to find God. The idea that Jesus is the only way is not just a nice personal belief, but it is an authoritative truth that goes beyond any popular belief of the time. There will always be opposition to the gospel in a variety of ways, but the truth never changes.
Remember today’s Scripture and hold firm to your faith. It is Jesus, and only Jesus, who saves. In a world that prioritizes making everyone feel happy, remember that your faith is rooted in Christ alone. Salvation is found only through him. As you declare that message with clarity, love, and compassion, lives are changed. The steadfast love of Christ is the only thing that leads to eternal life.
