Who Is This Jesus?Sample

Recognizing Spiritual Highs and Lows
Life is full of ups and downs, much like a roller coaster. In our walk with Christ, we experience similar spiritual highs and lows. Just as Peter boldly declared Jesus as the Christ in Mark 8:29, we too can experience moments of spiritual insight and clarity. However, just as sure as these highs exist, lows follow where we feel distant from God or struggle in our faith. Recognizing these highs and lows is important in our spiritual journey. During the highs, we should thank God for His presence and guidance. In our lows, let's seek Him for renewed strength and understanding. Take time today to reflect on your current spiritual state and pray for God’s sustaining grace through both the highs and the lows.

About this Plan

This plan reflects on Mark 8:27-33, where Jesus asks the life-defining question: “Who do you say that I am?” It challenges us to honestly examine our personal view of Jesus and how that understanding influences our faith and daily choices. The plan explores common perceptions of Jesus, both then and now. It encourages us to embrace Him as the true King of an upside-down kingdom—one built on humility, sacrifice, and servant-hearted leadership.
