DAY 8 | TRUSTING GOD'S SOVEREIGNTY
The “why” of what you are going through is never as important as knowing “who” is holding you together. At times when you don’t understand, discipline yourself to remember and meditate on those things that you do know for sure. God is good, and He loves you more than you could possibly comprehend. Be sure that whatever you face today is nothing compared to His power and glory, which will be revealed in His perfect timing. Trust Him, friend. He's working out His eternal purposes in you. His plan for you is better than a thousand plans you could ever dream up.
As you learn to trust Him, you can rest. You can enjoy perfect peace in the midst of whatever situation you face because your mind is fixed on Him.
GUIDED PRAYER:
Lord, thank You for Your love. I desire to trust You with all things. When I do not understand, help me keep my mind fixed on You, remembering everything I know is true about You. Please fill me with Your peace and direct my paths.
